Design & UX Architecture: Collaborate closely on UI/UX designs, information architecture, and wellness companion behaviors to boost user engagement and gamification mechanics.
Clinical & AI Integration: Support clinical integration projects, write or refine prompts and scripts for large language models, handle hardware/wearable sensor integrations, and build internal automations.
Operations & Cohort Management: Manage general product operations, author comprehensive technical documentation, and orchestrate the rollout and onboarding strategies for new user cohorts.

Ensures Clinical Validity: Validates that multi-agent systems like QUBIT deliver scientifically accurate, safe, and effective behavioral health interventions.
Drives Core Growth: Directly influences user adoption, loop retention, and scaling metrics by mastering the onboarding experience and tracking cohort behavior.
Synchronizes Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Aligns cross-functional efforts across AI engineering, behavioral neuroscience, UX design, and clinical operations to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications & Context
Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid/Onsite preferred).
Company Size: 11–50 employees (Early-stage, fast-paced startup environment).
Ideal Background: Experience managing AI/ML or digital health products, familiarity with LLM prompt engineering, data/sensor pipelines, and a passion for behavioral science or gamified consumer apps.
