About us
Desert Shield provides cybersecurity, compliance, and technology advisory services to mid-market organizations with 100 to 2,000 employees. We work with leadership teams managing fragmented technology environments, helping them align security decisions, reduce vendor sprawl, control costs, and maintain regulatory compliance. Rather than adding new tools or headcount, we operate as an independent advisory layer that creates visibility across risk, operations, and spend, then structures accountability across existing vendors and systems. Our approach integrates security, communications, infrastructure, automation, and cost governance into one operating model designed for organizations navigating growth or regulatory change.
