Job description
We are looking for a senior product designer to own the recruiter experience end to end. You will work directly with the founders on a product that small hiring teams use every day.
What you will do
Own discovery, design and delivery for a core area of the product
Work in the design system rather than around it, and extend it where it falls short
Sit in on customer calls and turn what you hear into shipped work
What we are looking for
Five or more years designing software people use as part of their job
A portfolio that shows reasoning, not only screens
Comfort working without a research team behind you
Based in Zurich, hybrid, with a strong preference for two days a week in the office.
